Oh man Court what weather you're having.   We're supposed to get a little snow but just a couple of inches not feet!!   WOW    

I'm still sick and instead of getting better I feel worse today.   I'm quitting work at 11:30 today so hopefully some rest will help.  Planning on just staying home to rest tonight.   Hoping I'm better by tomorrow because tomorrow evening is my work party.   Saturday Sadie has a birthday party to go to at the bowling alley.   Sunday is church and then we're having a Superbowl party at church in the evening.  That's about it.   Nothing too exciting going on.

I am done with winter.  We ended up with almost 6 inches last night, now they are calling for 3 feet this weekend.  What in the world is going on here, we never get this much snow in Northern VA.  Good side of it, hubby asked off for Saturday so we should be snowed in at home alone together!  Yeah!  I can see some snuggle time in front of the fireplace in my future!!!

Not sure what happened but my computer wouldn't allow me to reply to yesterday's post.  I had nothing exciting to say anyway lol.  I'm not feeling the best so it'll be a trying week to say the least.   I have a sore throat and earache.   Hurts to swallow anything right now.  I'm hoping it gets better but if not I have to bring Sadie in for her h1n1 booster tomorrow so I can get looked at if it's not.   I don't worry about my throat so much but I'm worried I may have an inner ear infection.  It's bothered me off and on for a couple of weeks and now it's worse and Sunday I had a bout  where I was very dizzy.  Other than being sick not much is going on.   Sadie has an I love to read month celebration at school tonight so I hope I feel up to going.  They're having pizza for supper and have story tellers coming in to read.   Each kid there gets a free book to take home too.  I'm sure she'll love it.  Last night she went with daddy to a hockey game.....and gave me a night to sit back and relax in front of the tv.  I worked 5:30am to 5:30pm yesterday so I really needed it.  She was upset when I put my coat on to give them a ride over to the game.   It was THIER time how dare mommy interfere LOL.   She was ok once I told her I wasn't going with that I was just dropping them off.   I'm so glad January is over....that's usually the hardest month of the year for me because of the cold.   Feb usually goes quick and then it's not too far off to spring.   It's 3 degrees here this morning and we're expecting some light snow today.  

Court, I hope you are recovered from the busy kid filled weekend.   Jamie, hope you are keeping warm and getting some time to enjoy some family time.   Life just goes by too quickly doesn't it??

TGIF indeed!!   Would be even better if I didn't have to work tomorrow.   I have 3.5 hours yet today and 6 hrs tomorrow to work and I'll have my 60 hours.    The light at the end of the tunnel was in sight until they told us we have mandatory OT next week as well UGGHHHHH!  At least it's 10 hrs next week not 20 like this week.   I'm pretty worn out today.  I told hubby he better be ready for me to just drop in bed when I'm finished tonight lol.  I'm actually going to quit for a while at 4 and lay down to rest some.    Then I'll have an hour and a half left for the evening.   I have pork and sourkraut in the crockpot for dinner.    Tomorrow is work in the morning and then hopefully a bit of rest.....course I've gotta do the depressing job of paying bills too.   I think then we're going to a friend's for a bit in the evening.   Sunday will be church and hopefully more relaxing.  Sadie has a bad cough today so it all could change depending on how she feels.    Well all except for my working that is...Lucky me!!!
