Topic: TGIF!!
Yes it's Friday!!!! It's been a long week. I wish wish wish I could just sit back and relax this weekend. I'm kind of in a funk..tired, cranky, down ya know.... Tonight is the block party we're taking Sadie to for a bit. Tomorrow I'm having coffee with some local wls peeps. I have to get some grocery shopping done at some point. Tomorrow night hubby wants to go to the pool hall with a friend of his and his wife. I sooo want to weasel out and just stay home to sleep. I need some rest. Sunday is church and probably housework. I would love to take Sadie to the zoo but there's never enough time in a weekend. I think part of why I'm in a funk is because I've been alone with Sadie a lot this week.....last weekend I had her with for the whole weekend and no breaks at all.....Mon she stayed home from daycare as I went for my eye treatment, Tues she went to daycare but I was with her all evening, Wed DH had church meeting till 10pm....and last night he didn't get home from the church meeting until 10:30pm and we were in bed. I think it's time I get a break but I'm always too tired to go anywhere and do anything LOL.
Topic: Board Upgrade UPDATE!!!!!!!!
We e-mailed OH about upgrading this board, back in June. And they said it would be a few months, because they were trying out another upgraded version, but they were still working on it.
Well, I e-mailed jeremy again, to see how the upgrade was coming, and I got an update from Jeremy yesterday, and I wanted to share it with you!!!!!

Not much going on here. Found out 2 of my good friends that work for the same company as me got fired yesterday!! Oh how scary. Of course there were reasons behind them both. Didn't do much last night just hung out with Sadie. Tonight I think I'm taking my newly 16 yr old and Sadie out for dinner since I missed his birthday Sun when I was out of town. My husband has an interview for a new pastor for church tonight. Tomorrow is a block party for church...lots of activities including pony rides. We'll be going there. We're going out with some friends Sat to a steak bbq thing at the local pool hall. Not my fav thing to do but hubby loves pool......I am not real fond of the friend of his we're going with but love his wife soooo we'll be ok. Next Thur my oldest gets the keys to her apt woohoo!!

I do miss Alaska terribly. I have been looking for jobs there and just can't find anything! AUGH! If I find something in Palmer I will let you know.

Not too much excitement at our house last night. Yesterday was the opening of rifle season for moose, and my husband was out all day and no moose, yet. DARN-IT!!!!
Not too many plans here, after work. Been trying to get the garage in order, so that I can start parking my car inside for the winter........ I have never, in my adult life EVER had a garage to park in!!!!! This will be SOOOOOOOOOO nice!!!!! Especially when it is zero, or below..... and the wind is howling..... not having to clean the snow off of the car...... THIS WILL BE SO NICE, I do not know how truely spoiled I will become, being able to PARK INSIDE!!!!!
Last night, they released that The Alaska Permant Fund Dividend will be out in September, instead of October...... This is a FIRST, since we have started getting the dividend!!!!!! No complaints that we will be getting it 4 weeks earlier!!!!

Awwwww he's becoming a big boy!!! It's warm here today and they keep saying on the radio that it just might be one of the very last warm days of the summer. I'm not ready for it!! 28 degrees brrrrrrrrr Speaking of socks that's probably something I need to get Sadie before too long too. Although with her not going to daycare this winter we'll be able to stay in the house and not go out very often unless we want to. Uh Oh I think I'm going to become a hermit LOL.
My oldest got her apt yeeehaaaaaa!!! She gets the keys next Thur...just in time for my birthday on Fri. I told her I refuse to move her on Friday LOL. It's ok cuz it's her best friend's birthday too and she wants to help. My mother in law talked to her last night and is very excited to come help....she has a love seat and dishes etc... to give her even. She's not her bio grandma but loves her just the same.

I am SO NOT ready!!!!! We went to the store last night & I wanted to buy him some bigger socks.... winter is on it's way, and I wanted some longer/bigger socks.... and we bought them in the boys section!!!!!!!!!! I put them on him this morning & THEY WERE NOT TOO BIG!!!!!! They fit pretty darn well, actually!!!!
Hard to believe that we went to the boys section. instead of the baby section!!??!!

It was 28 degrees last night in one part of the state (below freezing) And the leaves are definately starting to turn YELLOW on lots more treees. YIKES!!!!
