Yeah Michelle! Even if it's only us 3 that's great, but Jamie, oh Jamie where are you girl?? I bet she'll participate too! I think 3 days a week is great Michelle, we all have to start somewhere. And taking a break from kids, is always a plus!

Count me in too. I could use some accountability. I don't have a scale at home but hey there's one at the gym...I might just have to actually go there LOL. That's my biggest problem is not taking the time to exercise. I like to go with my hubby but it's just not very easy for us to go together. I'll have to shoot for like 3 days a week to start with and see where I get. It'll also get me out of the house without a kid.
