Yayyy it's Friday!   It's been a long short week LOL.   I can't believe I only worked 3 days this week...it seems like 10.   Of course we've been pretty busy doing other things too. 

It's brrrrrrfreezing here!   Expected windchill this morning was supposed to be near -50.   I'm not sure what it actually is..just glad I don't have to go out in it.  I was out and about last evening and it was cold enough then.  We did our monthly volunteering at the Ruby's pantry food distribution.  Sadie just loves to go help out there.  She was making all kinds of friends while working.  All the older ladies were just loving her company and she theirs.  It's such a good thing for her to learn to do something to help others and to enjoy it on top well that's just a bonus. 

The weekend has lots of housework in store and grocery shopping.   Hubby and I have tickets to the rodeo and Jake Owen concert tomorrow night.  Wow a night out without Sadie what will we ever do??   It's been a while since we've had that.  I'm sure we will enjoy it greatly though. 

Jamie, I hope you're keeping warm!!   I was talking with a girl from church last night that's heading up there to work at a camp for the summer...uggghhh for the life of me I can't remember where...but I do remember it's a really remote location.   I was thinking of you though as we were talking.

Hello there!!!!  I tried & tried to post yesterday, but my computer would not let me past the 1st page!!??!!  Not sure if it was the website, or my computer, but I am here now!!

It is still chilly up here, but the wind has finally stopped & was -20 below Sunday & yesterday, warmed up to -6 below today & is supposed to cloud up & snow late tonight, and be 20 ABOVE!!!  YEE HAAA!!!!!!!!

Well, here we are at the end of the week!   Thank God!   I'm sooo ready for the weekend.   I have a 4 day weekend too so that makes it even better.   No plans really just hoping to get some things done around the house and spend some quality time with Sadie.   Cooking a ham dinner on Sunday so then next week I can make soup and scalloped potatoes.   Hopefully it'll be a nice productive but restful weekend.    Sadie does have a birthday party to go to Sun afternoon so I guess I'll have to take her out to find a gift.   It's for a boy she goes to church with that's her best buddy.   She's pretty excited.  

I got out for a bit yesterday afternoon.  We had a work outing, after work that is.   A bunch of us met at Buffalo Wild Wings just to visit etc...   Working from home I don't really know too many of them very well so it was nice.   I actually met my supervisor for the 2nd time and got to talk with her.   We have an employee party at the end of Feb coming up so we talked quite a bit about that.  Should be a good time.   We actually got grandma and grandpa to agree to babysit so we can go.  It's only the 3rd time they've ever watched Sadie.  One time was for my husband's grandfather's funeral, the other was when she was like 3 months old, and now at 4 yrs old.   I think I need to get out more LOL. 

Well, it's off to work I go!  Have a great Friday and weekend!

I have been SWAMPED since I got back, and I am just getting most everything tackeled in some way, much, much more managable!!!!  So, I have neglected posting!!!!  Sorry, Michelle!!

Wow I'm slacking!  It's almost Thursday already.   I can understand Monday since I was out of town but man I'm slow LOL.

We got 10 inches of snow over the weekend at my sisters.   Sadie loved it and had a blast playing with my great nephew in it.  We had a good time and she was great with spending the night at my nieces.   It was well overdue.   We  need to do that more often.   Going to work on Grandma and Grandpa for my work party in Feb.  

I can't see your picture booo!!!   Glad to hear you had fun at your party.  

We have a busy rest of the week and weekend.   I need to go grocery shopping and finish up my Christmas shopping this weekend.   Sat consists of a cookie bake/exchange, caroling at the nursing home, and a benefit for my husband's brother in law's mom.  I hope to spend time Sun getting things wrapped so I can relax the next couple of weeks.   I have to figure out what I'm cooking besides ham for dinner this yr lol.
