Here we are halfway through yet another week.  I will say I can't wait for this one to be over.   I"m very sleep deprived.  Last night I slept about a total of 3 hours.  Got to sleep around midnight and Sadie woke me up at 3:15am.  Ugghhh I don't know how I'll function all day today.  I'm thinking a nap is in order this afternoon.   Hopefully this will end now.  We took her in to the Dr yesterday because her fever just wasn't breaking.  She has a double ear infection , strep throat, and some stuff starting in her lungs.   They put her on a strong antibiotic so hopefully she's feeling better soon.  Daddy took her to the Dr while I went to the dentist.   I will admit it's been probably about 6 yrs since I went.   I know I know very bad.  I am happy to report though that I only have one very tiny cavity in that whole time.  I have to go back in 3 wks to get that taken care of.  I just love this new dentist...very nice and very thorough. 

It feels like spring here!  I know it's still March and we could still have some big snow coming but I'll enjoy it for now.  Yesterday it was in the 40's and raining.  WooHoo rain and not snow and not freezing rain either.  We have GRASS!!!   I'm so looking forward to getting outside more.   How's the weather for you, Jamie?

Just trying to finish getting my *last minute* stuff toghther for the insurance company submittal.  I think one everything finishes coming in to Dr. K's office, I will only need like one blood test and a EKG strip.  That I will have to try & get soon!!!!  Like early next week.  Just need to get an order for them first.

Today I am finally feeling a little better.  I got the crud a couple weeks ago & endd up needing to get on antibiotics for my sinuses & ears Tuesday, since I was just not improving, but feeling worse.  I had to honestly think back and remember the last time I was on antibiotics, and it was in 2005 or before.  Thank YOU for the vitamins to keep me HEALTHY!!!!!


Not too much planned for the weekend.  There have been around 2 weeks straight of wind, so I am looking foward to sunning myself in the 30 degree weather out on the back deck this weekend!!!!

Well, here we are Wednesday again already.  Thankfully this week is going fast.  Tomorrow I'm working only 6 hrs and then am off on Friday.  DH is getting his wisdom tooth pulled tomorrow and then Fri we have to take our van in for some safety recall repairs.  No big plans other than those.  Tonight is his pool league so it's a night of mommy and Sadie time.   We love our Wed nights.  He only has about a month of pool leagues left so we better enjoy our time while it's here.  I just can't believe how big she's getting.   Zipping her jacket, writing her name etc...  Where did my baby go? 

We''re supposed to get 1-2 inches of snow today buth then it's supposed to be almost 40 by the weekend so it'll all melt.  Yayyyyy    I'm so ready for spring.

Good morning.  Ok I'm being optomistic here.   The day is just beginning so it's good so far LOL.  Yesterday was a pretty good day.  Got my work day in then took Sadie up to pick out a new pair of glasses since she lost hers.  Ughhh $156 later she now has glasses again.  We're still hoping the others turn up some day but not holding my breath.  I sat and played games on the Wii with hubby last night.  Almost forgot I was going to pay bills LOL.   Got it done though.  For the past 2 months we've been taking a financial class through church.  I will admit he drug me in there against my desires.  I just didn't want to go.  OMG am I glad he did.  We have totally switched our thinking on our finances.  We just paid a huge chunk on his Sears card last night and it's looking like that account will be totally paid off by the beginning of April.  Then we'll attack my credit card.  If all went well we could be out of debt including our vehicle within a couple of years.  Then we could really concentrate on retirement and Sadie's college fund.  This class has been amazing for us.  It felt really good to pay that chunk on the bill last night.

Tonight is Sadie's school.  She'll be very excited.   She can't wait to go to actual preschool next year.  We have found her one I believe.   It's through the school district where they have 2 early childhood teachers and then the high school kids who are interested in early childhood careers are in the classroom as well.   They buddy up the highschoolers with a preschooler.  So, they get 1:1 attention.   The best part is it's only $25 a month and it's only about a mile and a half drive for us.   We do have a back up school as well though.  She just can't wait...although she is already talking about kindergarten too LOL. 
Jamie, how did kindergarten round up go for Hunter?   I think you said you were taking him.  I can't believe he'll be in kindergarte.   When did these kids grow up on us?

My jury duty has been over but because of being gone work was just very overwhelming last week.  It's finally calming down a bit but not to worry it'll be back again I'm sure.   My hubby's having trouble with some of his EE's too and has had to cover many shifts lately.  He worked 27 hrs OT in the last 2 wks.  I on the other hand only did 14 LOL.  Soooo our house has been a bit crazy.   All I can say is thank God for my son!  Yesterday we took Sadie in for her dental appt and everything looked perfect.   She actually likes to go.  I have been naughty and it's been at least 5 yrs since I've been in but I have an appt in 2 wks.....sooo not looking forward to that but it needs to be done. 

We're also in the middle of taking a 13 week course of Financial Peace.  We're working really hard at paying off all of our debt right now so the OT has been very well put to use.  It's a great course and we're learning a lot.  

Other than that not much going on.
