With any luck....

I will be going to the bank in 20 minutes to go & get the $$ for the new-to-us car for DH.  He commutes, and we have had good luck with the last car, a ford focus, bought it with 17,000 miles on it, about 10 days before Hunter was born, and now it has over 100,000 miles on it, and still has good resale value.  We found a car with 20,000 miles on it for his next commuter car.  I will be getting the cashiers check & after work we will go and pick it up.  Both of these cars we have paid under $7,000.00 for.  I have used my credit card checks with ZERO interest for 15 months each time.  Cheaper than a loan... even with the transfer fee (usually around $250.00)!!!!!!

We have plans to go dipnetting & camping this weekend.  Hunter is going to stay with aunt Mary, so we will not have to worry about his safety, just ours!!!!  For dipnetting, we are allowed 25 fish for head of household and 10 for me and 10 for Hunter.  We will be smoking them, and eating on them all winter.  We got fish last year, (not dipnetting) and we are out.  So we are not wasteful, we eat the subsistence meat & game.

No bear yet this year, and we are out of bear meat too!!!!  Makes YUMMY sausage, for breakfast & good to add to moose for mealoaf.  Don't get me wrong...... we eat chicken too!!!!!  HA HA

Congrats on the new car...hopefully by now you have it!!  And good luck on getting fish. 

Nothing exciting going on here.  Played softball tonght and now I'm exhausted and ready for bed.
