BRRRRR!!!! 17 degrees this morning!!!

I keep telling myself..... "In 4 or 5 months, this will be a heat wave!!!"  Sad as that sounds, it is oh so true!!!  I love having a garage!!!  So nice to be able to hop in the car, after I get Hunter strapped in & go!!!!  DH parks outside & he has been plugging in.  Oh, do not think that he has it so bad.... When we were house hunting, I knew that if we did not find a house in our price range, with an out building (preferably heated) that I would have to give up the garage, for his man-room... wood shop.  So, when we found this house, in our price range, with a large flat lot, a shed, and a heated 16x20 shop.  I advocated HARD to get this house!!!  Honestly, it had everything that we wanted, I did not want much, basically another bathroom, no joke!!  We moved from a 3 bedroom, 1 bath tri-level house, into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house.  Just about the same square footage, but not so chopped up (floor plan-wise).  But, our bedroom could be bigger.  It is functional, but, I think we lost about the length of 8 feet in our bedroom.  And, the house is newer, so it is more energy efficient & definately warmer!!!

Brrrrrrrr Jamie!!!!   It's 45 here this morning.   Very very unusualy for northern MN in October.  We are usually right there around 20-30.   I will NOT complain.   We're having a beautiful fall.  

Sadie goes in for her 4  yr check up today.   She is prepared thinking she'll get shots.  I'm not sure if she will or not but she asked and I told her I didn't know that maybe she would.   She's not worried at all...just says they only pinch a little momma.   Wow I'm impressed....lol we'll see if she still thinks the same if she gets some.  Not much else going on here....we're heading to Luke's uncle's 60th bday party this weekend so that should be fun.   My son and the dog will stay behind.  Sadie is excited to see everyone.
