Hey Jamie!   Hopefully someone else is out there lurking and will begin to post as well.   We need some action around here.

Jamie,  you should watch your mouth.   It's too early to hear that "S" word.   I did see leaves really turning in our neighborhood yesterday though.   We've had a really hot summer so I'm ready for some cool weather but not that cool LOL.   We had a very busy but fun summer....I must say we got a lot of fun stuff and relaxing in.   Now to start that fall routine again.  The week after next starts back to swim lessons and school for Sadie as well as our Thursday evening church groups.  We also need to fit the visits to the Y in there.   Sadie is getting excited for Halloween already....she's seen "halloween candy" in the stores and can't wait for costumes.   Of course that means she knows her birthday is coming as well.

Any big plans for labor day weekend?   My big plans include cleaning house....organizing Sadie's room...getting rid of toys.    We just found out last night that we're  hosting the family bbq on Sun.   Would've been nice if someone had told us.   Sooooo I guess Sat evening I'll be cooking and getting ready for that bbq.   Other than that just hoping to get some time in to spend with hubby and Sadie.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Everything here is actually going better for me (at last).  This shoulder injury has been hard on me, and my depression.  I am feeling better, human, as a matter of fact.  Do you how nice it is to not be in pain, to not feel uncomfortable, not feel the burning of inflammation?  Pretty DANM NICE!!!

So, that has brightened my spirits!!  It has been hard, since February, when I was injured.  I am not through all of the healing process, heck, my new doc ordered up another MRI, with dye contrast this time, to compare with the last MRI from this spring, since I have not been "getting better" but, just staying the "same" -- in misery, basically.  But he did put me back on a medicine that helps with the inflammtion which has made a world of difference, since I started back on in Monday night.  No, it is not a pain pill, nor is it a muscle relaxer, it is a prescrition anti-inflammatory.  Since I could not take advil or ibuprofen due to my RNY.

I am thankful for my new doc, for understanding me!!!  The orthopedic doc that I left, told me to take tylenol, (tylenol does not work for inflammation, dummy!!!  He started me with the prescription anti-inflammatory and then, took me off of it.  It is not on the schedule of controlled substances in the pharmacy, like percocet, or vicoden) which meant I could not work without burning, pain, inflammation & yes.... MISERY.  At the last visit with him, I asked for something other than tylenol, because I was TOXIFYING my LIVER and it was not really helping anyways... that there were other medicines, like patches, rubs & things, and what could he suggest for me?? He told me Tylenol & I said I was taking double of what I should in a day, just to get a tad bit of relief & he just said to take tylenol, BUT **** Not after he HAD THE BALLS to ask me if I had ever been to a pain management doc****  WHAT THE HELL?  The only thing he gave me was a prescription anti-inflammatory, so I could work -- I drive for my company as part of my job.  He was a dickhead.  I am gald to have moved on.  What a jerk.

OK, rant over......... Yes, this has caused lots of frustrartion, stress, depression and fear, of losing my job over ALL of this!!!
