YAY Friday!!

I have been taken over by the frustration of work, and life in general!!!!
My software program at work has been 'crashing' since March, we ordered a new program (Had no choice, there was only going to be one more update to it & then it would become 'extinct')
Anyways, we wait for all of the good stuff to happen, you know, the decision making, then for the program to arrive, then for the techs to come out & install it...... uuuummmmm, ya.......
5, yes 5 trips, and I now have the software up & running..... still working on kinks & tweaking it..... plus the JOY of LEARNING it all too.  oy

So, ALOT of my time, as you can gather from above, has been pre-occupied with all of that.  Let me tell you, after the 3 hour phone learning session yesterday, MY BRAIN HURT!!!!

I went home & just vegged.

Tomorrow is Hunter's b-day party, hoping it will not rain, but if it does, we will just end up inside.  But I am hoping for some decent weather, even cloudy.... I bought a slip-n-slid, and I thought all the kids & maybe even me wouls have a GREAT time HA HA!!!

Tonight is Palmer Colony Days (Well, it is like all weekend) But we are going tonight, they have a classic car thing, and bed races.... that is so fun to watch!!!  Then, tomorrow, there is a parade, and the finish-off of the bed races for the final winner (we will miss the festivities because of Hunter's party, but oh well)

Jamie, sounds like a fun weekend for you!!  It's pouring rain here again!!  We're going to float away soon.   I'm not necessarily happy it's Friday this week.  My days off are going by way too fast.   Got most of the house clean...of course it's time to start over again on some of it...LOL.   My one sister and her family will arrive this afternoon then the rest tomorrow.  My cousin's daughter's grad party is tomorrow afternoon and my son's is on Sunday.  Sooooo I'm sure you know what I'll be up to all weekend.   I have quite a bit of prep work left to do yet but oh well.   We are having a big nacho bar so some of it I can't do til Sat evening anyway.   I don't want to cut up tomatoes, lettuce, etc.....too early.  I will get everything else organized this afternoon so it's ready to just put in the van and take on Sunday.   Thankfully with this weather we decided on the church instead of a park.   Church is over around 12:30 and party starts at 3 so it'll be some quick decorating and set up.   Next weekend is off to my nieces and nephe's parties.   It shoud be a fun couple of weeks.  We are bringing my 13 yr old niece home after that part for a couple of weeks.   I can't wait to have the help.  Well, I'm off to pick DH up from work...to get some lunch and hopefully get a work out in so I can get back here and get some more work done.

tonight is hubby's niece's graduation & party at their house after.  Tomorrow is lunch with my bestie I think, and then date night with my hubby, Sunday is the last soccer game of the season and the season premier of True Blood.  Monday is half day of work (at home) then the "son's" graduation in the evening.  Busy weekend.
