It's Monday yet again!
Here we go again....the beginning of another week. I hope you all had a great Mother's Day. We had a pretty good day here. Sadie and I shared breakfast together. We went to church and then to my mother in law's for a couple of hours. After that we dropped off a plant for Sadie's adopted grandma.....her hubby works with my husband. They have taken Sadie under their wing since she was born. We came home to have tacos for dinner together. It was a good day.
Saturday was Sadie's first dance recital. She did great! We were so proud of her. She absolutely loved being on stage. We may just have a performer on our hands. We started rehearsal at 9 am were home from 1 to 3. Back to the recital and didn't get home until 8:30pm. She didn't even shed one tear...what a trooper she was. She's ready to do it again next year she says. Her grandma, adopted grandparents, auntie, uncle, and 5 friends of ours came to watch. She got lots of flowers but her favorite were the ballerina finger puppets our friends brought for her. I will upload some pics here in a bit and post a few.
I am working today, tomorrow, and probably a few hrs on Wed morning and then am off for the week. My niece is getting married on Sat so the kids and I are heading out of town Thursday. I may not get a chance to post after Wed. It should be a great weekend.

Wow, Michelle. How neat, to have Sadie have a recital already!!!!! Seems like my son was just born!!! His B-day is coming up really soon, too.

Then, we went out to dinner. It was a GREAT Mother's day!!!! (not mentioning that DH accidentially locked the keys in the car & we had to call & get a ride over to the house, so we could get the spare out of my purs... left my purse at home, figured I wasn't gonna need it).
I have a good sense of humor & I had a full belly, so it was not too terrible!!! Actually memorably funny!!
