Terrific Thursday!

Wow it was so nice to have the whole day off yesterday!   Sadie let me sleep in...I got up at 9:30 and she woke up at 10.   Gotta love some good sleep.   We headed out to run a few errands and then had lunch out together.   She was happy to have her cheeseburger with lots of mushrooms on it.  LOL I think all she ate were the mushrooms.   We did some shopping...finished up Easter stuff.  We played outside stopped for an ice cream cone for her.   She had dance class....only 4 wks to the recital ahhhhhh.   We then came home and played in the yard some more.   We picked my oldest up and took her to do some shopping....then came home and cleaned.   We had a blast spending time together. 

Today I'm getting her up by 9 or so.   We're heading to the Y to work out at 10.  She'll play in the childcare of course.  We're going to go have lunch with her daddy at work.  She's wearing her Easter dress, hat, shoes, and gloves.   All the people there just love to see her all dressed up.   She has a basket full of Easter cards to hand out too.  After that it's home to get bags packed to head out of town tomorrow morning.   We plan on leaving around 8am.   A few stops along the way....nice lunch out...and a 2pm appt to get my hair cut and dyed with my sister.  I'm very excited about this weekend.  It's been quite some time since I've been there to visit my family.   I probably won't be posting tomorrow.

So, it's April fool's day!   Any pranks in your household??   I slathered the bathroom doorknob with crisco...waiting on my son to get up for that one.   I replaced all the toothpaste in the medicine cabinet with frosting.   Darn hubby didn't fall for it.   He squeezed some out and realized what day it was and thought nope not gonna do it.   LOL  He knows me all too well.   I didn't have a lot of time this yr so didn't think up anything real good.  Was wishing I knew someone pregnant that I could get to pee on a stick for me to give to him LOL.

Jaime, sounds like you are healing slowly but surely.  So how is Hunter doing?

So we had kind of a crazy busy night and by the time I hit the bed I was not feeling well.  Then at midnight I woke up to the phone ringing, it was the oldest home from her date & locked out of the house.  Was still not feeling great when I woke up this a.m. but had to come in to work, ended up with a cold shower, we have been having issues with the ho****er heater, started my period on the way to work, ugh, I just want to go back home, crawl in the bed and forget this day happened.  Oh well, perhaps if I whine a bit to the hubby he will pamper me a bit.  I am not really a prankster so I don't really expect any April fools jokes at home today, we shall see though.  Hope you all have a great day!
