Happy St Patrick's Day!

Anybody have any plans to celebrate today?   No plans here.   It's supposed to be a beautiful day again today and then go all downhill from here.   We're talking we'll be lucky to hit 30 for a high this weekend.   That's not too horrible for March but after it being 50-60 for the last little bit it'll be a shock.  I'm thinking I'll work a pretty short day today and enjoy the weather and work on Sat when it's cold and nasty out.  Someone also told me last night that they have coupons at the public library to get free admission to places like the aquarium and zoo.   Sadie and I will go check it out and see what we can find.   Can't hurt to see what they have anyway.   Sadie has dance class this afternoon too.  Hopefully she and I can take the dog for a walk this evening and play at the park again.  If her big brother is home I might get away with a bike ride even. 

Yesterday was a pretty dull and boring day here.   Worked all day...cooked burgers on the grill for supper and then took Sadie to school.   Although I did stay up late....10pm for me is late LOL.  I'm getting old!    I don'****ch much tv but I've watched the new show Parenthood and am really enjoying it.  Sadie cuddled up in bed with me and fell asleep while I watched it.

Monday did not get better, it actually got worse.  My "son" had a scuffle with the secrity guard at school, who pressed charges, so he was arrested and charged with assault.  He called me in tears after his mom bailed him out.  I of course went to get him and bring him to our house.  Took him in to school yesterday to see what I could do to help the situation.  I was able to talk with his guidance counselor some, will be picking up his school work since they did suspend him, and see ing what I can do to assist with the criminal charges.

Well we will be celebrating tonight, my hubby's niece's 8th bday, big family dinner out tonight.  Of course I am playing catch up at work today, then after dinner it will be home to chill the dog out.

Michelle, we had burgers on the grill last night too!!  Working on enjoying the decent weather we should be having the next few days. 

Jaime, sorry that you are still below zero and hurting.  Hope it heals soon!
