Happy Happy Monday
Well, feeling a bit better than last week but still dreading the 50 hrs of mandatory work this week UGGGHHHH. Actually we were informed the OT will be mandatory all this month for sure and then they will review it. I'm not holding my breath it's been this way for so many months I wouldn't know what it's like to only work a regular shift. I am working some extra each day and hopefully tonight and tomorrow will be even extra in the evening so I can be off at 11 on Wed. DH is off as well and his sister said she'd watch Sadie so we could go to see Alice in Wonderland in 3D.
Other than having a painful issue with my ear or jaw, we had a good weekend. Went to a clinic like an urgent care yesterday and it's not an ear infection. She did see fluid on my ears but not infection. I went home with instructions to take sudafed and tylenol. She also mentioned that maybe it could be realted to TMJ. I'm just going to wait a few more days and see how it is and go in to my own Dr if it's not better. Fri night we went to our nephew's birthday party....crazy loud and lots of kids but it was fun. Sat morning we took Sadie to a movie...$3 a piece and a free bag of popcorn so why not! We saw Fantastic Mr Fox. After that we went shopping to find her Easter dress....she picked one and can't wait to wear it now. I went grocery shopping while she and daddy came home to play outside since it was about 55 degrees. We sat home Sat evening and relaxed. Sunday we had church. After church Sadie and I had lunch together and watched my friend's daughter in her figure skating ice show. We went to get my ear checked and picked up stuff to make homemade pizza for dinner. Making pizza together is a favorite family time of ours. We sat and watched This Is It and went to bed.
Sounds like you had a great weekend Court. Spring flowers.....oh I can dream...I'm sure we'll get hit with a couple more big snowstorms and cold. We can't usually plant until well into May.
Jamie, I hope all is well with you and your starting to see signs of spring as well!
