TGIF

Yayyyyyyy it's Friday and no big plans here for the weekend.   I'm hoping to get some things done around the house though.  My cousin is coming by later today to attempt to take Sadie for a while.  I really doubt she'll go though without mommy or daddy.  I have to go in to the office for a couple of hours this afternoon so that'll be a nice break.   I need to get some extra one on one training for what I learned a few weeks ago.   This old brain just doesn't learn so easily anymore I guess. 

Last night I did end up going to church with my family and I was so glad I did.  Last Sun I noticed a guy and his wife there.   He looked so familiar...well it was a guy I went to high school with and graduated with.  I said hi and introduced myself but didn't get much time to talk to them on Sunday.  Last night I went over and talked to them for quite a while and he also spent some time talking to my husband.   It turns out that he had WLS 4 days after my husband did but had RNY.   What a small world...same Dr even.   Then when talking to his wife we realized the 2 of us work for the same dept  LOL.   With me not working in the office I have no clue what people look like in person.  She also has adult children so we found we have a lot in common.   It was great to see so many people...our church is definitely growing.  Sadie used to be the only child and last night there was 10 kids there..woohoo.   Sadie was in heaven.   We also heard yesterday that a friend of ours from my husband's work got a surgery date....dec 14th...exactly 5 yrs after I had mine done.  We'll share surgiversaries!

Morning!  Soudns like church ws great for you last night.  Not too much going on here.  A bit of a rough night but that seems to be the norm in my house any more.  Too many possessive females in one household.  Plans for the weekend include the last football game of the season (unless they win and go on to districts), last soccer game of the season, and perhaps some kind of family fun event.

I am not really feeling the family thing lately, actually haven't been feeling much of anything positive so I am going to take advantage of my time off next week to try and get myself back in order.  I will pop in some but may not post every day.  Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!!!
