Hump Day Greetings

Morning!  So just to clarify, yes the ex left after dinner so I did not go to sleep with her there.  LOL.  I agree though that it is important for the girlies to see us being mature and looking out for them.  My parents & stepparents did this for ma and now I can do it for my girlies and hope that it does teach them things that they can use later in life.

My brother in law treated us to pizza last night for dinner so we all went out.  Came home & helped the oldest with her geometry and then headed off to bed.  The early night & extra rest helped but I am feeling blah today, hope I am not getting sick.  Grocery store & laundry on tap for tonight.  Probably end up with the girlies or at least the youngest for awhile tonight since she has a school project due tomorrow and their mom does not have internet.  Have a great day!!!

Court, I hope you're not getting sick.   I'm hoping the same for myself.   I woke up with a sore scatchy throat and it's still hanging on.  I just don't have time to get sick LOL.   We had a quiet night last night.   Made meatloaf, baked potatoes, and butternut squash for dinner.   Today started out goofy with the system for work being down.   Gotta hate that.   Sadie and I went to the open house for her ECFE school program.   She definitely has changed since the spring.   She's not the innocent little girl she was there last year.   She kept taking toys from the littler kids, throwing blocks, and not wanting to share.   Wow I'm glad that's over for today.   This afternoon is the trial day of her in the 3-5 yr old dance class.   She'll be going in on her own without me and will have to listen and cooperate so we'll see how that goes.   Hopefully this morning wasn't a preview of what dance will be like.   Crossing my fingers for a good nap this afternoon for her.    I will be working later this evening to make up for the time missed this morning so no plans for this evening either.
