Morning ladies!  You are both so right about our situation with the girlies.  It is a growing/learning process and not one that we are against.  The whole reason we moved was so that we can all have a better quality of life and a stronger part of their life.  It is just taking some adjustments on all sides.

Yesterday was okay for me.  Work seemed crazy so I was grumpy by the time I got off.  Wanted to go to bed early but that didn't happen.  Hopefully I will be able to tonight.  Not much planned for today but I have an odd vibe that things are not going to be as nice and easy as I want them to be.  Hope you all have a great one!!

Morning!   We had a pretty good day yesterday.   Sadie had dance and is not moving on to the big girl class quite yet....but we're going to continue going anyway.   We stopped and grabbed tacos for dinner.   I had a meeting for church last night.   I'm on the leadership team and we had lots of planning to do.   We're planning a school supply drive to give to kids who do not have things they need for school.   I'm also in charge of getting a team of people together to update our nursery and or preschool rooms.   They need it bad.   Jamie, you have a boy....what are some of his favorite indoor type toys.   We really need to get some boy toys.   I didn't fall asleep until about 3 am...just couldn't sleep.  Good thing I had today off.  I was up at 8am with Sadie though.  I've already gotten 1 pan of Denver egg bake, 1 pan of bacon, sausage, onion, mushroom, cheese egg bake, and 1 pan of just bacon, sausage and cheese put together to bake this afternoon.   I'm in charge of supper for tongiht at church.   We're having those, bananas, cinnamon rolls, apple turnovers, and juice.  Sadie and I are going to get dressed soon and head out to do a bit of shopping and probably a quick lunch before we come home for naps and to bake the egg bakes.   Other than that I have nothing else planned for today.  We have a bbq and softball game for church Sun....Mon is a bbq young adults campfire....Thur reg church.....the next Sun is our church picnic.....the 15th I am going to an all day training...then on the 16th we're having a church dessert night...doing ice cream sundaes at our house.   Wow lots going on...summer will go too quickly...not that we've had any summer weather yet it's been very very cool here.   July was the record coolest month ever for us.

Well, I better go get myself dressed and off to do my errands.   Have a good one everybody!

Wow!!!  Hard to believe the last day of July is tomorrow!!!!  August turns into fall, in about a week.  So, by mid-August we're having our fall weather up here.  Sometimes it snows by October 8th.  Never know from year to year up here.
Dh is going with 2 of his frinds fishing tomorrow, so, he will have a long day.  It is a 3 1/2-4 hour drive each way.  And he has to work Saturday, Sunday.  I suggested to drive the camper down tonight, but he wants to do it all in one day.    He's a guy.  Don't know what he wants to 'prove' thinking that he is 20 years old again.  Oh well.  He wants to do it that way, he gets to suffer for it by being tired all weekend, trying to "catch-up".

Court, glad you are embracing the adjustment with positive thoughts.

Michelle, toys for boys.... anything that travels, boats, planes, trains, CARS.   Bugs, dinosaures.  Dress up is fun, hats, like mexican sombrereos.  Hunter really likes those wooden picture puzzles.  The board is one piece, and the pictures fit in there.  He has ones for like bugs, farm animals, and another for bedtime routine.  (toothpaste, soap & stuff).

Hope that helps!!!!  I'll keep thining on that, so, let me know if you want any more suggestions, and I should have thought of some more by then!!  HA HA
