Hello Monday!!!
Good Morning!! How are you ladies doing? My weekend was fabulous! Friday night since hubby & I had carpooled to work together, I conned him in to running errands to stock up on food & supplies for home, Saturday it was up and at em for me with getting the house in order. I worked on organizing, hanging pictures, curtains, etc. Was really happy with the look and my progress. Put together my computer desk, not sure I am liking where it is so I might have to beg hubby to help me move it. Yesterday we were up and out to the yard for some landscaping. At one point someone had put a lot of time, effort & money into the yard but it has gotten really overgrown with weeds. Although we didn't get through the whole yard yesterday we did a nice size chunk of it. It was very rewarding and I can't wait to get it finished. Had the girlies so they & their friends were in and out all weekend.
Today is work of course, home to meet the cable guy (one of our boxes is bad), probably a run to the grocery store (kids ate us out of house & home), and a few little things around the house. Have a great one!!

Wow Court sounds like you really got a lot accomplished. You have me beat we still have no pictures on the walls...of course that's cuz we still need to paint LOL. Those darn kids have a tendancy to eat us out of house ane home all the time don't they? My son told me one day it seems like we're at the grocery store every other day....I told him if he didn't eat so much we wouldn't be LOL.
Jamie...I hope your vacation and visit with the inlaws is going well!
We had a pretty uneventful but nice weekend. Fri night I was exhausted so we stayed home...I went to bed early. Sat I worked a bit then paid bills. We did a bit of shopping. DH decided he'd try to eat out for the first time since surgery...he had a bit of chicken and it all went well. Nice to have him eating real food again. We left Sadie home with her brother for a while and went for a drive just the 2 of us. Sat evening we sat home and relaxed...i got Sadie's dresser cleaned out and organized. Yesterday we went to church then I escaped by myself for a bit to shop. Found some great deals for everyone...hey I even bought myself a couple of shirts. I made chicken curry for dinner last night and just relaxed. I feel much better today than I have for a long time...let's hope it stays. This afternoon Sadie has dance class and then no other plans.
Have a good one!

WOW!!!!! Here it is after 12:30, and I am just finally caught up enough to sit and post. You know how it is, when you take time off of work. There is always lots just waiting for your return!!!!!!
Court, glad that you are making head-way in & out of your house. Sounds like it is coming along pretty smoothly..... more smoothly than all of the stress just trying to get the keys of the house in your hand from the bank!!!!!
Michelle, sounds like your body is starting to respond to your vitamins, that is a good sign.
ANNNNNDDDDDD...... You have been SO DARN BUSY, that the breaks you have had this past week seem to be helping your mental health get a break too!!! (I personally call that a 'brain-break')
Have I told you ladies how much I truely adore my in-laws??!! They are just GREAT!!!!
Had a fabulous week off. On Wednesday, we headed up the road 2 hours, and camped for 5 days. It was SO NICE to just be with family, and enjoy. Thursday evening, DH's sister, husband, and 2 girls came up and camped with us too. So, there were 9 of us, total. We had our camper, his sister had a tent, and the in-laws had my sister's motorhome. Everyone had their own camp spot, so we just kind of 'rotated around'.
The Byers Lake Campground where we stayed has Over 324,200 Acres.... Yes, that figure is RIGHT!!!! So, lots of trails, over 70 campsites. You never feel like you are camped like 'sardines' there.
The weather was great. It was hot, a little hazy from the wildfires, but not smoky smelling. It would rain either late at night, after we were all tucked in for the evening, or early in the morning, like around 4 or 5. Then, the days would be nice, so we would hang around, and walk to the lake, and on the trails alongside the lake. Or just walk around the gravel road on the loops of campsites. The first loop is Alder loop, the second loop is Birch loop, the third loop is Cranberry loop, and the fourth loop, which is where we all camped, is Dogwood loop. We found a really nice lloooonnnggggg pull through spot, even though we have a truck with a cab-over-camper, with a 3 year old.... he just has lots more room to run around & be safe, without us having to feel like we had to keep a constant eagle eye on him, so, we knew, if he wanted to run around the truck, or whatever, he could go. That makes it a no stress situation for the parents, and not having to yell at the child, too!!! Everyone gets to enjoy MORE!!! We brought Hunter's little Radio Flyer push cycle. His legs a just a tad too short still for his trike, then, if he can't peddle, he gets SO FRUSTRATED, and then he cries. so, he had fun with that, and, all of the other goodies/toys that we keep in the camper for him, for all of the camping trips...like his dumptruck, his bug catching net, and whatnot. His cousins, both girls, one will be going into 4th grade, and the other into 7th grade, HAD A BLAST playing with him, so it was just awsome!!!!
OK, now that I have made up for not posting last week, have a good evening!!!!
