Happy Half Way Day!

Morning!  How are you?  Good here.  A bit tired today.  Everything went well yesterday.  After we got through all the crazy stuff it was off to the house to start working.  I am pretty excited to say that I accomplished exactly what I set out to do.  Got our room prepped and a coat of primer on it so it is ready for paint tonight and then we can get our bed in all in.  Also got the youngest's room prepped & primed so we will be ready to paint hers.  There was only one surprise for the day.  The house came with a kitty family.  Momma and two cute little kittens.  They are outside, living under our deck.  Since hubby is highly allergic, we will leave them outside but we did get some food and we will take care of them.

The plan for today is off to work and then to the house to work on the painting.  Perhaps take a small load of stuff with us.  Hope you have a great one!!

Awsome!!!  Glad you accomplished your goal for getting all ready to paint tonight.  To me, the prepping is what takes the longest.  Putting paint on the walls is the easy part!!!!
Glad it is all coming along so well.

We are getting ready for DH's parents arrival.  They come in late tomorrow night & will be staying the first couple of days with his sister, and we will be going over there Friday after work, and dropping off my car for them to use.  And the plan is Sunday, they will be coming over to our house to stay.  They will be here for nearly 3 weeks.  So, we get to 'hog' them all of next week!!!  I really, really like my in-laws!!!!  They are awsome!!!!

Anyways, it has been HOT HOT HOT here.  Set a NEW record high temp yesterday!!!!  That is how HOT it has been.
