Wednesday - half way day
Morning! Glad everything went well Court. Sounds wonderful for you. So, when are u actually closing on the house? I hope soon....you've waited so long already. Glad you took time to be together as well...it's hard to do when there's so much going on.
Had a pretty good day yesterday. I worked then DH came home and wanted his favorite pizza for dinner. Today starts his 2 wk liquid diet before surgery. He's a little worried about it. I made up lots of jello last night and got him lots of sugar free popsicles. Also made up his shakes to bring to work for today. We had our first church softball game last night. I went out to the car to run to the store quick first and it wouldn't start. Dead batter!! OH man not right now! Well to make a long story short.....we let Sadie shut her own door the night before and well she didn't shut it all the way WOOPS! She laughed when we told her she broke the car LOL. Our youth director only lives about 8 blocks away so my son called to see if he could get a ride with him so he wouldn't miss the game and instead he came over and jumped the car so we all still made it. We lost the game but it was a lot of fun anyway. Sadie loved cheering the team on.
Today I have a meeting with the principal at this new school for my son. I sure hope he can get in there. Then I have to come home and finish out my 9 hr day. Ughhh I'm hating this OT. It's only 5 hrs a week but man it is not fun. Then I sit back and remember those days when I did 20 hrs a week YUCK!!!
Everyone have a great Wednesday!
Michelle, glad you were able to make it to the game!!!! Good luck with your meeting today, I hope it all goes well.
Last night had DH's frind over for dinner, it was nice & enjoyable. He goes back to Dutch Harbor on Saturday. DH & him have hunted lots together, so, theye were talking hunting last night, and we all just enjoyed the evening.
Tonight, we are going to go to the 'annual meeting' for the phone company. There is a good, tasty dinner, drawings, an inter-active science thing for the kids, not sure if Hunter is old enough this year or not, but we will check it out & see. Martin Buser is supposed to be there as well, with some of his dogs, and a batch of puppies from his kennel. He's a nice guy.

There is a link to his web page. It has great pictures, and a good write-up about the last Iditarod.
Have a GREAT day, ladies!!!!
