Happy Hump Day!

Morning ladies.  I made it through the work day, ended up joining my mom & stepdad for dinner, and then it was home to relax.  Slept good but still feel like  I need some more.

Michelle, I do have to say that at 18 I moved out of my mom's house.  It only lasted a few months and then I was back.  It was reassuring to know she was there for me.  We did have a long sit down first and discussed rules, etc. before hand.  I hope you and your daughter are able to figure something out that would work for both of you.  I know with the job market the way it is it could be difficult for her.

We did not get to look at the other house on Monday as it went under contract over the weekend.  There are some money issues with the one we have been waiting on.  It is at a point of the last option for approval and if it doesn't work out then the offer is done.  I am hoping some miracle happens and it works out as we haven't seen anything else we are really interested in and do not want to have to start at the beginning again.

Morning!!   I have a headache this morning and just feeling icky.  Hopefullly the sunshine will help...too bad I can't be outside in it.   We had a good evening yesterday.   Sadie loved her last night of school for the yr.   She's sure going to miss that interaction with the kids this summer.  Strange weather here in MN....we live in Northern MN and my family lives in southern MN...3 1/2 hrs apart...we had 42 degrees and wind yesterday and they had a high of 99!!   Great news hubby has a date for his lapband...it's June 24th.   He's very ready for it.   Not worried about the surgery or afterwards just very apprehensive about the 2 wk liquid diet prior to surgery.   We are also planning a 4th of July camping trip and now trying to decide if we'll be able to go for the weekend or just plan on going for one of the days.   I think we'll wait till the time comes to decide.

Thanks for the support on the daughter front!!   We've not made any decisions mostly because she hasn't called back yet.   We're wondering if something happened the other day to upset her because she just doesn't deal with stuff well and might have jumped to saying she wanted to go home.   We'll see I guess.

Court keeping my fingers crossed for you on the home front.   What a frustrating time it must be.   I sure hope they can get something done for you!!

Court, here's to hoping you have some news by the weekend, so things can go foward.

Michelle, glad that Sadie had such a great time last night.

Hunter has woken up for the 3rd morning in a row with dry underwear, no more pull-ups!!!!
Granted, i am getting up around 12:00-1:00 to get him up to pee, but it will all be worth the effort.
.............As I am telling my sister this today, she tells me her 5 year old is still in pull-ups at night!!!
So, I definately feel we are ahead of the potty curve!!!  YEA!!!!
Off on Friday, Hunter's b-day.  And, it turns out, a 4-day weekend, as well!!!!  Cool!!!!

Have a GREAT DAY/Afternoon!!!!
