Tuesday!

Morning.  Michelle, I hope you are feeling a bit better today.  You & your daughter will be in my thoughts & prayers.  Jamie, how did the swing set turn out?

Well I got everything on my list accomplished yesterday and it was enjoyable.  Had a long family conversation that included the girlies mom so that they could get their feelings out.  I am not sure their mom how it turned out but I am so proud of them.  They were honest, they managed to keep the emotions in check, it was good.  A fried of mine came by and we ended up sitting on the back porch with some coffe and just chatting for a couple of hours watching it rain.  What a wonderful way to end my day.

Not much going on today.  Work and an evening at home.  Gotta make a run to the library for some more books to read but that is it.  Hope you all have a great one!!

Good Morning Everyone!   It's going to be a busy work day today.   I need to work an extra hour or so anyway to make up for some time I need to take off on Thursday.  Thanks for thinking of us!   I'm feeling somewhat better today.   I'm sure it's just going to take time for me to get used to her being so far from home.   She did call twice yesterday to say they were ok and the trip was going good.  I was napping the first time and already in bed the 2nd time.  My husband talked to her both times though. 

Court, sounds like you have some very grown up girls there!!   I know a lot of adults that can't do that.  Be very proud of them!    Watching the rain and chatting sounds like a great end to a day!  

My problems were put into perspective a bit yesterday.   My ex-supervisor's husband passed away yesterday.   He's the same age as I am (38).    It's so very sad...has 2 young children ages 6 and 9.   Made me realize how small the problems I'm having are. 

Sadie has kindermusic and school today so it'll be a busy one.  

The swingset is 87% finished!!!!  YEA!!!!  Hunter was swining on it & sliding.  He was SOOOOO excited about 'the fort' on the top, where you stand, before sliding down the slide.  He sure liked it!!!!  We will definately get a lot of use out of it.  Not too much planned for today.  Just going to be busy getting ready for the yard sale.  That will be our plans, until we actually have it!!!  Alot of the yard sale stuff, is stuff that, as we were de-cluttering, getting ready to move.... like 2 years AGO, we put in boxes, and marked them yard sale... and off to the storage unit they went, and then, when we finally sold the house, and moved, we moved them into our shed..... so, I am definately NOT ATTACHED to any of that anymore!!!!  I am sure I will have memories, but I sure do not see myself taking things out of boxes, and keeping anything (I hope, anyways).

Court, that is great that the girls were able to express themselves, that is super hard, so, glad that they were able to sit down with their mom and do that.  So painful.  WOW.

Michelle, that is so sad about your ex-suprevisor's husband passing away, geeze!!!  And I am glad that your daughter is keeping in touch with you.  That is an excellent sign.  Keeping the open communication like that.  GOOD MOMMA!!!!!
