Happy Monday!

So how was your weekend?  Mine was good.  Friday night did some errands and we had dinner with my mom.  Saturday was up & out the door, soccer practice, taxi service for the girlies, a bday party for my nephews and when we got home it was salon time as I highlighted hair for the girlies.  Sunday was again up and out as we headed off to the soccer game.  It sure was a beautiful day to be outside.  Got home and just relaxed for the evening.  Nothing really planned today, work of course, I am going to hit the gym, hubby is off today and the girlies are on spring break so they will be hanging out today.  Hope you all have a great one!!

Oh I so am enjoying a nice quiet Monday morning!   My hubby is off today as well and my son is on spring break.   Sadie is still sleeping so it's very nice and quiet.  I'm thinking I might be able to squeak out another hour before anyone gets up.  I'll have almost half my day done then.  We had a pretty good weekend as well.   We spent Fri evening at the home show...had a good time there.   Sat we spent the daytime hours scrubbing the kitchen walls etc...   Sat night we went to visit some friends...had a lot of fun at their house.  Yesterday was church and then we did Easter shopping so that crazy bunny can make his stop here this weekend.   Sadie is soooooo excited about Easter....she's more excited about the eggs than anything.   We did try to explain to her all about the real Easter story and that we're going to church but she doesn't care yet LOL.   She's also excited to wear her pretty dress, hat, and gloves.   She can't wait to color those eggs though.   We're hoping to get the house closed this Fri so we can spend time painting next weekend but only time will tell I guess.   We did go shopping and pick out colors yesterday but didn't actually buy the paint yet.  
Tonight we have my son babysitting Sadie and we're going out with some friends from my husband's work to watch the opening game of the MN Twins.   Can you tell we're big MN Twins fans.   We already have a trip planned for the 1st weekend in May to go watch a game....well the game and the fact that my niece will have brand new twin baby girls by then hehehe.

Had a nice enjoyable weekend here as well......  The weather was nice, got in a little bit of yard sailing, they are just starting for the season.  Still snow & ice on the ground, but it is slowly melting away, and grass is starting to show......  FINALLY!!!!!
Mt. Redoubt blew again, early Saturday, so that held up some flights, but, I am sure that they have resumed by now.

Michelle, Sorry about the mold question (how stupid!!)  I was thinking lead... but typed mold... DUH!!!  Thanks for straighting that out.... head was one place & fingers another!!!!
Crossing my fingers for Friday being the DAY!!!!!

Just another typical week planned here.  DH was able to ask for this coming Sunday off, so that we can spend together as a family.  We are planning on going over to my sister's house for a family dinner then.  All of her boys have had the flu, and she was hoping this past weekend that the boys would not be contagious, but.... thay were not!!!  So, we are hoping that they get better this week, so we can all get together this coming Easter weekend.  Amazingly, she and her DH did not come down with it!!!  I am SO GLAD too, since she is pregnant again.
