Good Monday Morning!

I am up early today, taking a turn running the girlies into school.  Got some more house news, they want more money, not sure if we want to give it to them so we may need to withdrawal our offer.  There is another one that just came on the market that looks nice and is actually bigger but costs less so we are going to try and go check it out tonight.

We had a great weekend, Friday we went out to dinner and then hit the Salvation Army Store for some great finds.  Saturday was chores, grocery shopping and my nephew came over to spend the night.  Yesterday we took advantage of the gorgeous weather and headed out to D.C. for the day.  What a great time we had!  Hope you all have a great day today.

Wow you ARE up early today!!   I'm up this early every morning just never get the chance to check here this early very often.  Sounds like you had a busy weekend.   Nice weather???  I'm jealous!!   We got 2 inches of snow on Fri...of course it's gone already but still. Yesterday was windy and cold and today is supposed to be freezing rain. 
We had a good weekend too...even if it was full of work.   We managed to get a lot done.  Fri night my husband and I tackled our bedroom closet.   Got that all cleaned out and packed.  We also went through some boxes of things that we never unpacked last time.  Got rid of a lot of stuff.  Saturday we tried to do more but was sooo hard with Sadie right here.   When she went to bed we stayed up and packed away into the wee hours.   My son and I did manage to get everything that we can packed from the kitchen on Saturday.   Yesterday hubby and I spent time in the basement.   Man was that dusty and dirty!!   Got that all organized and ready to go except the laundry area which we'll do this weekend.  So...we're down to the very end of stuff to pack up....some of it we have to wait until the last minute.   I can't wait to just have this over. 

OH and there was drama with my 19 yr old but I chose not to let it get to me and just concentrate on the house.   My husband's nephew is coming today to spend 3 days with us.   He has no school and his mom has to go out of town for work.  He'll be 12 next week and Sadie loves him.   Should be a good few days for her.

I guess that it could be considered a counter offer.  Cause it is a short sale it is the bank saying they want more and there is pretty much no negiotiating with them.  We still didn't get the exact figures so hopefully we will know more today.
