Terrific Tuesday

Time will tell if it's a terrific Tuesday or not I guess.   I figured I'd start the day positive anyway.   We had a busy but good Monday.   Sadie was very happy last night when she got to spend a couple of hours with grandpa Jim and grandma Pat.    He's a guy that works for my husband who pretty much adopted Sadie as his granddaughter when she was born.   We went to write up the purchase agreement on the house and she stayed with them.   Spoiled rotten is all I will say LOL.   We got our offer written and in last night.   Now we're just sitting back waiting for them to either accept or counter offer today.   They put in a closing date of April 3.   OMG that's a month away only !!!!    I have lots and lots of work to do in that month.  We haven't even said anything to my aunt whose house we rent now that we're moving yet.   We wanted to be sure all of this was going to go through first.   I suppose I probably should call her today.  Ahhhh I'm a little frazzled now thinking about how soon this will happen.   I'm also very excited though.  I'm just happy we'll be in by spring and be able to enjoy the summer there.   Today is kindermusik class and Sadie's school tonight so we'll be busy yet again.

Great news for you Michelle.  Hope you get a quick response.  We are still waiting.  My Monday was pretty good.  Went into work late, left early.  Took a nap when I got home, fixed dinner then helped one of our boys with a school project.  I am off to work today, it is hubbys day off & the girlies are out of school so he is going to go get them early & then enjoy some daddy/daughter time.  Nothing really planned for tonight so it should be relaxing.  Have a great one!!!!

Here's to hoping your offer is accepted & not rejected!!!!  And if they couter, I hope it is a decent counter offer (in my mind, a sucky counter offer would be that they not budge an inch!!)


Yesterday was a busy one, but my day went good.  No nap for Hunter, means a trying time for momma!!  But we survived, THANKS TO DADDY.  He is AWSOME!!
