Wow what a fabulous weekend!!!  Hubby and I took off Friday afternoon and headed to Baltimore for the weekend.  What a nice relaxing trip and time together that we desperately needed.  We got to see some sights, we checked out the harbor, went to the aquarium, saw Poe's grave, checked out a local market, and hit the Babe Ruth Museum.  We had a wonderful romantic Valentines.  I got a bubble bath with rose petals to relax in, some romantic tunes and a fabulous dinner at a snazzy restaurant.  We really enjoyed ourselves.  Came home yesterday and headed over to my dad's to watch the Daytona 500 and enjoy some time with family.  Today is a holiday from work so we are at home just enjoying the time to relax.

Glad you had such a great weekend Court.   Wow sounds like such a great time!   And today off too I'm jealous.

I have an eye appt this afternoon and am dreading it.   I'm so nervous and worried that they're going to have to do more laser stuff.   That was such a horrible experience.  My MIL is driving me just in case I have to have anything done.   This is a follow up from what I had done 4 months ago.

We spent most of our weekend getting things gathered up for the bank.   So much fun....there is a couple of things on our credit report that are not ours and something that was paid a long long time ago but is still showing unpaid.   We have all the proof though so we should be fine.   We went to the house again but still couldn't get into the garages...we haven't heard back from our realtor today as to if he got a hold of the other agent to come let us in the garage.   If my eyes are ok we were going to go back this afternoon hopefully.   I'm already not liking the stress of everything and we're barely starting.

Well I am done with work for the day so I better go get some lunch and get showered so I can go to my appt.

Glad you had such a nice peaceful/romantic weekend with hubby, Court.
I am jealous.  My DH had the pleasure of working all weekend.  Hunter got me sick, so I was miserable as well.  After DH came home from work yesterday, I went to bed & stayed there... until 4:00 this morning.  I feel SOOOOO much better.

Michelle, I hope your eye checkup turns out well.  Besides not being able to get into the garage, how did everything else look in the daylight??  DETAILS, DETAILS!!!!!!
Am glad as well, that you have most everything you need to explain the credit report stuff.  What a PAIN!!  I SOOO rememer & sympathize.  But, you are on top of it & that is a GOOD thing!!!!

I have jury duty tomorrow.  That is how my week is going.

Woops I forgot about having gone to look in the daylight.   We did remember to bring a flashlight with as well on Sat.   We also brought my 16 yr old to see how he liked it.   He was happy.   Sadie of course just keeps wanting to go back.  Everything looked as good as we thought or even better in the daylight.   Of course each time you go in there's something you notice that you didn't see the time before.   We did finally get into the garages yesterday and they looked just fine.   They are older garages but in very good shape still...minus a crack or two in the floor.  For the price we really didn't think the garages were going to be perfect.   It's good enough to park the car in and to store tools etc...   Actually they're better than a lot of the other garages we've seen.  We can't do a purchase agreement until the bank gives us the preapproval which we've got everything in to them now.   We are ready to move ahead with it.   Our realtor knows that this is what we want so he said to just give a call as soon as we have the ok.  We have more phone calls to make today to check on utility bills etc..   The electric bill for the last 12 months looks great....of course it will be different for us but at least we have an idea.  The big one will be the water and gas bill to see how bad it is to heat.  We were talking last night that it'd be nice to be able to move in around Easter time.  Of course I'm trying not to get excited in case something doesn't work with this house but it's hard not to.  The sellers agent is from the same company ours is and he said he talked to him about the garages and told him we were really interested and he needs to get us in there and he said  that he doesn't have anyone else interested at the moment so let's hope we can make it to get a purchase agreement.
