Thursday salutations

Good Morning!  How are you? Not to bad here.  Wednesday was pretty good.  Made it through work, ran a couple of errands then it was home to relax.  Nothing really planned for today other than work & getting the girlies tonight.  So I am counting the hours til my long weekend starts tomorrow.  I can't wait for a chance to get away.  Have a great one!!!

We had a great Wed.   We went to look at houses and believe it or not we found the perfect house for us.    It's a 1 level home....3 bedrooms with an office in the basement.   All the plumbing, electrical, roof, appliances, kitchen, and bathroom are fairly new (within 5 yrs).   It has 2 two stall garages which are heated and wired.  The only thing that wasn't the greatest was the carpet was a dark dark brown and not real new but still in good shape and clean.   It's something we'd end up replacing at a later date but it's not a necessary thing.   Sadie walked into the one bedroom and yelled...."I got a new bed momma!!".    What a goofy little girl.   At least we all got a good laugh out of it.  We're going to set up an appt to go look closer and make sure everything is what we want and hopefully then we can make an offer this weekend.   Believe it or not the house is only listed at 89,900.   We have our last homebuyers class tonight then we'll qualify for the $2,000 downpayment assistance.   Now we just have to figure out finances to pay for the appraisal, inspection, and insurance for the 1st yr.   Well, I'm off to get ready to go to the class...Hope you all have a great night!!
