Update - didn't get the house

So I wasn't able to post yesterday cause our internet was down.  We heard from the realtor on Thursday and someone else had put an offer on the house that was quite a bit higher than ours and the homeowner had also submitted it to the bank.  No way we could have competed with the price so we went ahead and withdrew our offer.  We have appointments tomorrow to go look at more.

I have to admit to being a bit disappointed but at the same time I know it will happen when it is supposed to.  The waiting was killing my hubby & girlies so maybe now we will have an opportunity to find something where there won't be such a wait.

Sorry you didn't get the house!   There is something even better out there for you.   I hate the looking part and the waiting though.  Good luck!

The waiting is the hardest part, but it is also THE MOST REWARDING!!!!!!

We listed our house two times, before it sold.  The 2nd time we put it on the market was the springtime & 4 days later, we accepted the offer. 

We had been doing house hunting as well, right before we listed our house to sell, so we had some houses narrowed down, but, boy, it sure got confusing for me after awhile, as to whch house had what & trying to remember where they all were at too!!!!

We moved in here back in May, and LOVE IT, and EVERYTHING about it!!!
We had an EIGHTEEN MONTH journey for ours.

I do understand!!!  Don't worry, you will get an even better one than you had planned on!!!
