I am introducing myself. My name is Staci and I live at the top of California, but will me moving to Anchorage in 2009. Smileyjamie72 (i think that is right) invited me here. I am still hoping to have the VSG in 2009. I am married, have three children, 18, 17, and almost 7.
I thought I might share a couple of Christmas stories for kids from 0-9 and some adults, that will bring tears to your eyes and share the true meaning of Christmas in a fun way.

I am hoping that your husband's plane trip up here is painless, and that the weather is good as it can be, for Alaska in the winter. Maybe a treat (or shall I say trade-off) of the Northern Lights to greet him??
It has to be clear & VERY COLD for them to come out. May be hard to see with the light form the city, but, maybe over Canada, before the plane lands. He needs LOOK!!!!!!!!!!
Well wishes for his safe flight & soon you will all be together again, as a family!!!!

Welcome Staci!! Wow what a change Ca to AK!! Glad to see you here and posting. I had my RNY Dec 2004...it'll be 4 yrs next week wow! I am Michelle, I have an 18 yr old daughter, a 16 yr old son, and a 2 yr old daughter. I definitely will look up those stories later this evening. I look forward to getting to know you more!
