Is it possible?
Last Thursday I decided it's time to get my butt back to the gym and do a planned workout schedule. I went Thur night and worked out for 45 mins. After working out I weighed myself at 221.4 lbs. I went to workout today and weighed myself right before starting and I weighed in at 213.8. Is that possible to have lost 7.6 lbs in that little bit of time. It was the same scale and the same time of day. Of course I had fallen back into some old habits of eating junk.....and Halloween didn't help it. I have stuck to protein mostly since Thursday....seeing that 8lb gain really kicked me in the butt to get going again. I actually did a full hour tonight at the gym and it felt sooo good.....now I just wish I had someone to watch Sadie every evening so I could get that hour to myself. So....now I'm scared to weigh again when I go for fear it'll bounce back up. Arggggg this is why I don't have a scale at home.
I definitely think it it possible. With our "tool" when we use it right it will really work for us. Plus the standard, it was probably some water weight too. Wait another week & weigh again & see what happens.
I am in the same situation and trying to get my butt back to the gym. I did make it a couple of times last week & hope to do as well this week. We shall see.

I say once a week is PLENTY!!! Please do not let that scale rule your mood!!!
I need to get back into healthy habits as well.
