It is finally snowing here & it is looking like it is going to STAY this time!!!!!!

Snow!!!   Ishhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh     It's cold and rainy here today.   We had a pretty good weekend.   Fri night we stayed home and got some housework done.   Saturday my sister came to town so we met her for breakfast and then drove up the NorthShore of Lake Superior to Split Rock Lighthouse.   Wow was it beautiful...the fall colors were peak this weekend.  Of course I forgot my camera though.   We toured the lighthouse then hiked a while.   We did stop at another trail and hiked for a bit but we had Sadie with so it was hard to do a lot.   We stopped at a famous pie place on our way home for a piece of blackberry peach crumble pie.   My husband had chocolate banana cream and Sadie had strawberry apple.  Sat night we went to a dinner theatre with my MIL, her boyfriend, my sister in law, her fiance and the two of us for my mil's birthday which is today.   Yesterday I spent time with my oldest.   She took mom out for lunch and we went shopping.   She bought Sadie Sleeping Beauty for her birthday.   We spent yesterday evening making 1 apple pie and 2 pans of apple crisp....1 for my daughter to take home to her house.   And now it's Monday woohoo NOT

WOW!!!!  You sure do keep busy, Michelle!!!!  The trip to the lighthouse souds completely AWSOME!!!

Friday after work, was the "date-night" of grocery shopping for the week.
Saturday, I went in and did my annual bloodwork, and then I got a few chores done that I had been putting off, like claeaning the fish tank and taking the sleeping bags down to the laundromat.  And then the reagular chores.
Sunday, we had my mom, my sister, BIL, and 3 nephews over for dinner.
Moose meatloaf was the special of the night.

So, we had a busy weekend too, it sure was nice to have the family over, in this new house, people were not FORCED to sit and eat in the livingroom, because of the lack of room!!!!!  We were ALL able to sit down at the table (cozy--until we get a bigger table) and have a nice meal together!!!!!!!!!!!!!
