Morning ladies!!!!  Hope you are all having a great week.  Mine has been super busy as usual.  I am a bit bummed.  I realized that I have gained 5 lbs and that I need to get control of my self & get them off.  Working on a plan now so that I can get started.  I know where my issues are, not going to the gym & snacking, especially on bad things so time to buckle down & get back on track.  Not too much planned for today, work of course, then we get the girlies tonight so it will probably just be a quiet night at home.  Have a great one!!!

Good Morning!

I am down 2lbs this morning, yeah! My legs still feel really swollen though, I hate this TOM! My plan today is protein coffee for breakfeast &  a few pieces of bacon, salad for lunch, string cheese for snack. I'm not sure about dinner, I have to go to the mall after work. I'll have to avoid the food court. I didn't eat dinner last night, I got home about 730 & it was just too late to eat.

Hubby got hurt at work yesterday & is off for a week. His finger got smashed so bad the skin split open & he had to get stitches. He's really sore this morning. So, I'll playing nurse for a week!

Good Afternoon!!!

20 degrees this morning!!!!  Yes, 20!!!!

Was able to get a piece of furniture (over the desk storage cabinet, with a light) dropped off last night after work for the church auction.  Hope someone else can get use out of it.  I will miss the storage in the office, but since we moved, and it is now guest room/office & treadmill, with a t.v. hung on the wall (this is why it would not fit, with the hanging t.v.) we had to make the compromise somewhere.

Yeasterday:
B-2 eggs, 1 slice toast................. pretty perdicitable, huh??
L-leftover porkchop & noodles
D-1 slice pizza (we were out running around last night)
