Wednesday check in!
It's 44 degrees, brrrr, & very sunny this morning in the great Pacific Northwest. I, yes me, went to the gym this morning! I feel great! AF ha**** me hard this morning (started yesterday morning) though & even though my eating yesterday was ok, I am up 3lbs. I drank a lot of crystal light & water yesterday & can see it all in my legs. Hopefully working out will help get it out of my system today.
Breakfeast today is a protein shake & a few peanuts.
Lunch is egg salad with some chicken salad mixed in.
Dinner, I don't know, hopefully something high in protein.
Snack string cheese, YUM!
Have a wonderful day all!
Miss you Jen, how's the back??

Dinner at church sounds yummy tonight! I love homemade bread! Sorry about the dh thing, I hate it when my hubby does that to me. Than I think about it all day & snappy, witty things I should have said to make his day crappy like he did mine. Which I know is mean, but geez! I sure hope your week gets better.

No real big plans for tonight, just dropping a piece of furniture off at the church for the auction that is coming up this weekend.
You know how it is when you move, "some pieces just don't fit anymore" after you re-arrange & un-pack!!!! Glad someone will benefit from it!!!!
Have a GREAT day, ladies!!!!!

Yeah Hunter! I can't wait for Dylan to start potting training. I've been working on cleaning out our garage, we have a lot of stuff we don't use anymore. I need to take some of it to a church that does an Abraham's house, they set everything out & people get what they want & it's all free. It's such a great program. I would rather do that than the Goodwill.
