It's Friday Eve!!

Yes, I know it's Thursday but Friday eve sounded so much better.   We went to the church potluck last night.   I ate way more carbs than I should have but all in all didn't do too bad.  My blood sugar this morning showed that I was probably better than I thought.   No exercise yesterday though....nobody to watch Sadie...plus I was PMSing and exhausted.   I laid on the couch and played with Sadie.    Today is work...then walking group...although it looks like nobody else can make it.   I told DH I'm walking anyway.   I'll bring my radio/headphones if I have to.    After walking it's off to church to bake apple pies for a fundraiser.   My son is going on a youth conference trip next summer so we're working on getting enough money raised for them to go.   It's in Tennessee and it's a week long.   Tomorrow evening I plan to go to the gym again.   That will make 3 days of intentional exercise this week which was my goal.  I'm also concentrating on eating better.   I want to be under 200 lbs by Christmas.   I can do it!!   I weighed in at the Drs office yesterday at 210...the gym scale said 212 on Monday so I'm somewhere around there.   Aunt Flo is about to visit too so I'm sure I'm retaining a bit of water.   I think if I can get under that 200 lb mark I'm going to do something for myself...like a tattoo or something.

2T mayo

Lunch will be-
Lean cuisine meal-not sure which one yet

Dinner-
I'll be on the run so I think I'll grab a chicken sandwich...no sides

Snack-
MMM probably an apple while baking-good thing we're selling those pies and not eating them

Yeah Friday Eve, I like that! I'm not *suppose* to work tomorrow so today is my Friday. I think I might end up having to come in though. I am working on a huge project right now & I am not sure I'll be able to fini**** today.

You can get under 200 Michelle, I bet you'll be there WAY before Christmas. You'll have to let us know what your special something is you'll do for yourself.

I had a cookie for breakfeast & just had a cupcake. It's only noon & I am already off to a horrible start. It's the stress...which I gotta get back too!

Go Michelle!!!  Getting to the gym!!!! 
I am thinking of talking Mark into going to the pool tomorrow night.  I know Hunter sure liked it, scarey for him, but he was having a GREAT time and would probably do better this time around!!!
I have been busy this morning!!!  Now I am looking for flights from Anchorage to Sacramento (to suprise Mark's parents).

Yesterday:
B- 2 eggs, 1 slice toast, 2 cups, plus one to-go cup of coffee with Liquid creamer
********* I am going to cut down, it will just take time.  Tomorrow, I am going to have 1 cup, and a to-go cup, we'll see how that goes, and then, my plan is to get rid of that to-go cup!!******
L-leftover baked chicken & few bites of leftover noodles
D-1 hamburger patty with cheese & 3 pickles--tiny sized
