Hey girls!

I'm down a pound today! Yeah! I didn't get any good excercise in yesterday, I was up & about through the office a lot though.

Breakfeast-protein coffee
Lunch-I was going to have a salad from BK, but when I arrived there the American Chicken sandwich they are serving again was saying please eat me. So, I got a meal, which is stupid because I can only eat half a sandwich and about half the fries. Oh well!                        

Dinner-fried chicken thigh & a little macaroni & potato sald.

I weighed myself at the gym on Monday and was 212....I have my yrs physical with my Dr today so we'll see what her scale says.  13 lbs to get into onederland isn't too far....I CAN DO IT!!    Food was horrible yesterday.....our water was off so we grabbed dinner last night...I ate a chalupa and a few tato ole's and felt soooo sick the rest of the night.   At least I didn't end up eating anything else last night LOL.  Today is going much beetter food wise...
breakfast
2 eggs
1 slice of toast

Lunch will be
chicken breast
green beans

Dinner
steak
squash

snack
apple-going to try to stick to just that

Nobody to watch the babe tonight so I won't make it to the gym but I AM going tomorrow night.   I actually enjoyed myself on Monday.   I had time to myself and read my book while exercising on the treadmill and bike.

Yesterday, I had my coffee with that FATENING creamer, ugh, this is going to be a hard one to break!!

Yesterday:
B- 2 eggs, 1 slice toast
L- Leftover enchalada & home made macaroni salad
D- baked chicken & lipton noodle dish

dessert - Lite peach yogurt (better than the popsicle habit DH got me into over the summer... NO MORE of those)

OK, that is my yesterday, I hope over time I can break the coffee........ going to be hard with the cold weather coming on & STAYING.


Hunter had a GREAT day at daycare yesterday.  He behaved well & helped out!!!
Then, when we got home, big equipment was delivered across the street to the empty lot & the excavator broke ground & put in a driveway.  DH went over & talked to them (with Hunter) and the well will be drilled and the septic will be going on today.
So, Hunter & I stood at the end of the drive way and watched them as they got all the equipment unloaded, he thought that was COOL!!!!!!  Of couse he cried when I tried to drag him into the warm house to watch from the livingroom window.  But, once his shoes & coat came off, and I told him to look out the window, the crying was replaced with stares out the window as he watched!!!!!

Jamie~Have you tried the non-fat creamer? I don't notice a difference in the taste. Dylan LOVES to sit in our front window & watch outside. Especially when the motorcycles pull up if we have friends over. Or when the school bus comes, he loves those! I work for transit & took him to the shop, hubby is a mechanic for transit too, & just did not know what to do with all the busses everywhere! LOL

Michelle~I don't know about you, but I seem to always dread going to the gym but feel awesome when I do! I wish I was at 212, 2 more lbs from that & I could go in for my consult for a TT. I want to get down to 190 before a TT, but the dr said I have 20lbs of skin on me at least so that would take me to 190. But, if i did get to 190 then I could be at 170, but I might look like a wafe then. LOL I guess I just need to work on getting there first! LOL

I usually dread going to the gym too but once I'm there I enjoy my time.   I work from home and work around Sadie's schedule so at home I'm always either working or taking care of her.   I get very little quiet time for me.   So...this gym thing is my excuse to get out of the house and get time for myself.    Tomorrow I  will be walking outside though unless it rains....there's a goup of us from church that go walkin Thur afternoons.   We just hired a new pastor on Sun too and his wife is hoping to make it.   It'll be a great way to get to know her.
