Mondays Here....
Morning Ya'll!! Im of work today, I did something to my back over the weekend, and I can hardly move..I spent 6 hours in the ER for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do for me.. I HATE THE ER!!! So no excersing for me, but I can still watch what i eat...Here is todays food..
Breakfast-Coffee (i am SO not a morning eater)
Lunch-Pineapple cottage cheese w/yogurt
Dinner-Not sure yet, will post it when I know....

Oh Jen I'm so sorry you hurt your back. Hopefully you're feeling better soon and back to your old self. I didn't do too horrible considering we had potlucks all weekend but could've done better too. Oh well today is a new day.

I'm worried about this but going to try to do my best....my work team is going out for a lunch meeting.
Supper
Hubby wants sourkraut casserole....way too carby but we'll see...hopefully I can stick to a very small piece.
I am however going to the gym today. I will either leave right after work and have DH watch Sadie while I go or wait for him to get home then go. The gym is at the hospital he works at so either one works.

I'm SO sorry about your back! I feel ya pain sista! I am dealing with a bulging disc right now, it's very painful. Did they give you anything to do? Like making sure to get up & stretch every so often? If you need any tips, let me know. I'm doin PT right now & it really does help to do these little "excercises" so it does not get worse.
Ok onto check in:
I am at 273.4 this mornig. I am MAD I am up that far! People have gastric bypass at that weight! Last summer I was down to 238 & worked really hard to get there from 261! My plan for food today, is protein, protein, protein! I am having my soy, sf coconut mocha right now & when it is about half gone I throw in a scoop of protein. Lunch will be chicken salad & dinner I don't know about yet either. I am working over 12 hours today, so maybe skipping dinner when I get home. I am going to try to go for at least 2 10-15 minute walks today. I am going to try & follow the KImkins plan again. I should lose about 10-12lbs the first week. Love the diet, it's hard to stay on. But it's the way I know I should be eating.
I'll try to check in through out the day & see if anyone else has posted!

We had a GREAT camping trip, the weather was sunny (but cold) yesterday, when we woke up, it had snowed where we were at!!! ~~~~ Just a light dusting, but that tells us that IT IS COMING!!!!
This was our last time out, and now I have to call to get an appointment to take tha camper in & get it winterized.
Just glad we were able to get out camping this last time!! I REALLY, REALLY enjoyed it!!!!
