Here is my food from yesterday...I am writting it down in a book, also tracking it on The Daily Plate..As of today, I am starting something called The Wagon Plan..Thanks to Valena, she gave me the plan, than I printed it out..It seems very simple to follow....

Breakfast-1/2 sugar free vanilla ice coffee
Lunch-Tuna Salad w/ff ranch dressing
Dinner-Arbys Italian Sand, curly fries
Snack-a few chow mein noodles
Water-90 ounces
Exercise-2 mile walk
