Good MONDAY Morning to YOU!!!!

Yes, it was a fun-filled weekend.... no camping though.... just did lots & lots & lots and then lots more unpacking & settling in, My house is starting to finally look like a HOUSE!!! YAY!! YAY!! YAY!! Had a leak in the camper, when Mark was filling it with water, to get it ready to go friday afternoon. Ended up having to take it in & get it repaired. So FAR>>>>>> our bill is over $600.00, last fall "he wanted to winterize it himself to save some money" Like $25.00, (cost $30.00 for the antifreeze) instead of taking it in for the $55.00 PROFESSIONAL WINTERIZATION. My husband is learning an expensive lesson. I believe he is a little embarassed. I have learned to "pick my battles" & this is one I did not pick, but too late for that now, we should be able to go and pick up the camper on Tuesday. Hopefully, before the month is through, we should be able to go out camping!! Anyways, I am still in good spirits, that is, until I have to write the check!! HA HA HA Have A WONDERFUL MONDAY!!!! Sorry to hear you didn't get to go out camping. Sounds like you got alot accomplished though. We had a pretty good weekend....the weather was gorgeous on Sat...my oldest graduated from high school. We all went out for a nice lunch after graduation. We went to the lake to enjoy the nice weather in the evening and took a walk. Sunday we cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. We moved all the appliances out in the kitchen...scrubbed behind and under them....we washed the walls, cupboards, and even ceiling. I cleaned out the cupboards and found lots of things to get rid of. It's amazing how much more room we have now. We found on Sat night that we have carpenter ants...ewwwwwwwwwwwwww. My husband is in the process of treating the area to get rid of them. It's going to be a busy week for us.....I only work 3 days then it's on to preparing for the big graduation party on Saturday. Thanks Teresa. Yes, I am very proud of her even if she frustrates the crap outta me at times LOL. That picture of Sadie has been entered into the yearly photo contest at the hospital my husband works at...so we'll see how that goes. Last yr she won 1st place for the portrait category. She wasn't 100% for graduation on Sat but she was well enough to go along. Now we're just hoping for everyone to be healthy this weekend for the big party.

Happy Monday! Long, hot, busy weekend here. Very enjoyable though. We went out with friends, spent some time at the soccer fields for our baby girls soccer game, attended a graduation party, and did manage to squeeze in some us time. Not too much on the books for today. Have a great one!!!!
