Friday Eve!!!
Hey all!!! Well we are almost there! Am I the only one that wishes their life away waiting for the weekend to come? Quiet evening last night. My uncle is in town from Florida, so I am hoping to get to see him tonight. He only makes it back this way every couple of years or so. I am excited to see him!
Everyone please keep Jen in your thoughts today. I talked to her on the phone for almost an hour last night. I feel better about how she is doing, her and her dad were able to make amends on some things, so really feels a sense of peace, and I could hear it in her voice. They have having the service this AM. Jewish custom dictates that everything be done fairly quickly. Johnny is staying with the kids today, but her mother will be accompanying her. She says it's going to be a long day, so please keep her in your thoughts and pray for her strength.
Have been praying for and thinking of Jen and will do so especially today on this very difficult day for her.
I am soooooo waiting for Friday this week. Actually I'm counting down the hours I have left to work till Friday afternoon. I have 13 hrs 15 mins left to go. I'm counting down because after Friday I don't work again until the 20th!!! WooHooo Only problem is when I come back I have to actually go in to the office for 3 weeks for training YUCK!!!!!!!!!!! OH well I'm going to enjoy my vacation...every minute of it.
Sadie and I are both not feeling well today....daddy stayed home to take care of her so I can still work though. No plans at all for today.
Jen and her family have been in my prayers also. I am glad that her and her father were able to make amends before he passed away, so that she can feel peace within herself. Having a parent pass or even someone just as close to you is hard enough.
Jen, prayers of comfort and peace for you and your family. I know your father is looking down on you now.
