YAY!!! The furnace passed!!!!!

We DO NOT need to replace the furnace!!! The heat exchanger/element was NOT cracked, so, we do not need to pay $3500.00 - $4000.00 for a new furnace!!! What GREAT news is that??!! And our home inspection on the house we are buying went great, we are going to get into a really nice house!!! I am SO EXCITED!!!!! -Jamie

Shoot!!!! I hope that they get back to you before the end of the day!! Quit keeping you waiting!! When our offer was looked at & a counter offer was put in, they gave us under 4 HOURS to respond!!!! Granted, we accepted, but we were both tied up at work (hmmmm, imagine that??) and could not sit down together & talk it through. I already had my mind made up that THIS WAS THE HOUSE, and I just needed my hubby to make up his mind!! -Jamie

Well, we found out that they turned down our offer so we move on and go see more houses on Saturday. I am kind of bummed I fell in love with that house. But oife goes on and we will find our perfect house out there. Cira

MEEEEE TOOOOO!!!!! We are already pretty much down to the 'bare bones' beacuse I have been pre-packing for the last YEAR!!!! So, hopefully, we should make a pretty smooth transition with our necessities & furniture, then, we will start moving over stuff from the storage unit!!! I am EXCITED!!!!!! -Jamie

Hey, i wanted to tell you..I do customer service and I have allot of customers in Alaska...So, I was talking to one today and they live in Palmer..I said HEY, I talk to someone that lives in Palmer..I thought it was neat..He is sending me elk jerkey...Im scared to eat it LOL Jen

YYYUUUUMMMMM!!!!!!! We do not get alot of elk anything!! pretty much moose & caribou, and hopefully this year, black bear... we will make breakfast sausage out of it. And salmon too. You lucky duck!! That jerky sounds awful GOOD!!! -Jamie
