I can definitely see a difference....especially in your face. You are doing marvelous!!! I'm excited just got a post from a friend at work that's going to do a weight loss group.....we both work from home but hey if I can get support from here online I can get it from others at work that way too. I need the incentive to get out and exercise. You definitely are helping to motivate me.
