How is your house deal going?????

Hi Jaime, We were hoping to get an answer today but the realtor called to tell us that we needed to dsig and fax a paper that was missing when we submitted the offer. So my husband was on his way to work one hour commute to Va. I sign and date it and then fax it to his job and he signs it and fax it back to the realtor. This was at 4pm. Then like 2 hours later I get an email from the realtor that he did not receive the paper and needed us to re fax it. Ughhhh I am so stressed over this so nothing yet cause now the paper is sitting on his des****il tomorrow. I am hoping that we hear something tomorrow and not have to wait all weekend. It would kill me! Our loan is 97% with wells fargo and the next 3% with federal help and they requested information on that program with got approved for. So I am hoping that they are considering the offer. I was thinking if they weren't wouldn't they have said no by now? Geesh this has been the hardest two days! I hate to wait! I just read your post and I am so happy that you got the house. That is awesome Congratulations!! It is such a blessing when everything falls right into place. I hope and pray the same happens with us. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. Thanks for asking. Cira

Thnks Jaime!! This has been the longest weekend ever!! Friday something else needed to get fixed on the forms that were sent with the offer and we are still waiting. Hopefully there is an answer today. I hate waiting! I hope you had a great weekend. Cira

OMG I hate waiting! The realtor called my husband around 5 pm to tell him he had not heard from them. I hope to hear something tomorrow. Gosh would they take forever if they are not accepting an offer? I am new to this and I don't want to get my hopes up. sigh, I will try to not think about it much. I hope all is going well and moving along just right for you.

Hey Jaime, We received a counter offer yesterday so we will send our next offer today.

Hey Jaime I think I posted to you before but I can't remember if I did or you didn't get the message. We did another offer on the house we fell in love with and we got accepted we signed everything and closing is set for May 23rd!! We already have our loan so we are not waiting for financing so everything should go smoothly from here on out. I hope!! We are really excited. I need to start packing since my husband works long hours (lots of overtime) and I do not have much help. Only when hubby is home. How is everything going with you? ~Cira
