Roll Call and Update...

Hey guys..Thanks for the posts and emails...Here is the scoop...My father has terminal cancer, my mother has terminal cancer...My parents have been divorced since I was a year old, BUT they are friends...My father is in CICU, they don't think he is going to make it past the weekend..My mother had another biopsy done yesterday, she is bleeding pretty bad and in allot of pain...If you are the praying type, please keep us in your prayers..My fathers name is Jerry, and my moms name is Sheli...As far as us, we are good, the kids are great! Mentally, I am close to breaking down, but I am trying my best...Have a great day today, and REMEMBER to tell the ones you love, that you love them! Jen

Oh Jen, I am so sorry you are going through this as well as your parents. My prayers are going up for you and your entire family. Dont try so hard to hold on. Sometimes we need to have our breakdowns. Your family here is here for you! Love you, Denise

No need to even ask Jen....you are definitely on my list for prayers. I have been where you are before although not having to deal with both parents at one time. It's hard and you probably do just need to let yourself break down a bit. I understand if you want to not upset the kids with it but put them to bed tonight and have yourself a really good cry....you need the outlet. I hate to see someone going through such tough times. I was soooo afraid that something like this was going on when you were away. Glad to hear the kids are doing good though.....they are wonderful therapy for us aren't they? We feel so sad and one hug from them makes such a difference. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you....prayers are there. If you need someone to talk to I can definitely pm you my number. I lost my mother 16 yrs ago when I was just 21 yrs old and my father almost 10 yrs ago. I've also gone through losing a brother at just 41 yrs of age....it's just not fair but God has his plans and unfortunately we have no control over it. Just remember what God brings you to he will bring you through!! A very good reminder to not take for granted those you love....make sure you treat every day as if it was the last!!! Keep your chin up and hug those babies and Johnny.

Glad to see you back darlin'! I did text you so you would know I was thinking of you. And you already know that you don't even have to ASK for my prayers!

Jen how horrible i am so very sorry. I will say a pray for both as well as you to guide you through this hard time in your life and will pray for your family.. May god bless you!! Oh Jen I am so sorry that both of your parents have cancer. It must be so hard on you to deal with. I know I had a hell of a time when my Mom was dying of cancer.
