We Sold The House

YAY!!!! We got a full price offer... with help to the buyer for closing costs!! We accepted it!!! The house was listed 3-31-08 and sold 4-4-08 Now we have 2 houses on the top of our list to buy & should be making an offer by tomorrow night on one of them!!! Just wanted to update you!!! -Jamie

We have been looking at houses, and have it narrowed down to 2.... we have some questions on the first house & should be putting in an offer by tomorrow night, if we like what we hear about our answers!!!! Our house that we are in right now, has the home inspector coming over this afternoon!!! WOW....How fast was that??!! Madison is recovering quite well, she is sore, but getting around much easier than she was on Satuday morning!! She has a BIG deep red bruise on her tummy, but doing well!!!! (THANK GOD!!) -Jamie
