Watcha Eatin?
Well, I did great Saturday, and I did great all day yesterday morning..BUT than yesterday afternoon came and WHAMMMOOOOO...I made home made chili and small corn bread muffins...
Breakfast-Coffee, black cherry strusel creamer
Snack-Honey Graham crackers
Lunch-1/2 sandwhich (ff ham and cheese)
Dinner-1 bowl chili, 2 corn muffins
Snack-2 corn muffins warm w/margarine
Snack-2 more corn muffins (yes that is a total of 6)
HOLY COW!! 6 corn muffins now, yes it was within a 4 hour time frame but still!!
Water-65 ounces
Exercise-Sex, 1 1/2 mile walk, played with kids

I can't remember exactly what I ate but it went something like this.
Friday dinner - called the kids and they wanted Taco Bell (copying the Ortiz family must have been a pay day thing)
so I ate 1/4 of spicy chicken burrito before trading it to hubby for one of his crunchy tacos
Saturday- I make a big breakfast on Saturdays but I only ate 1 sausage link and 1/2 biscuit
no lunch on Saturday and didn't eat again until hubby and I went to Margarita's Mexican resturant
salsa w/ chips 1/2 of a burrito special and about 1/2 each of my beans and rice
Sunday- Birthday party for my nephew
1/2 bun with slopy joe and homemade cole slaw few chips and dip and small piece of cake with couple bites of ice cream
dinner was a piece of whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter
and later another piece of whole wheat bread and peanut butter
drinks all weekend were coffee water diet coke and dt mt dew
didn't drink as much coffee as I normally do and up'ed the water consumption so that was a plus however the only excercise was working outside and on stripping the patio rail with wire brush.
Benn a hectic/busy/exciting weekend!!! Needless to say, we RAN all weekend... we had to be gone from the house SO much, with the showing, the buyer doing a second walk-thru after we agreed on the offer & now today, for the home inspector this afternoon....... ALL WORTH IT!!!!!
But, when can we mess the house back up??!!?? HA HA HA HA

S- homemade leftover stew
L- Pizza
D- Buffalo/Moose Meatloaf & mashed red potatoes
