I hope everyone has a tremendous weekend!!!!! We listed our house on Monday night & have shown it twice already!!! I hope to see that offer soon!!!! It would be SO NICE to move into a bigger home & get settled in!!! I think we will be painting the entryway, our realator said that was all he could observe that needed to be done..... Good luck on your house hunt!! When we look at houses, we keep a list, and then we talk them over, and end up with a "short list" It seems to work well for us!! -Jamie

Jaime, That's exactly what we did. I wrote notes because then I confuse one house for another and so I wanted to remember everything and I took additional pictures. We had a great time yesterday plus we saw a wonderful house that we are really considering to make an offer.
