Watcha Eatin??
Well, I started back to my lifestyle change 2 weeks ago, and Friday is my weigh day...I got on the scale and BAM..11.5 pounds in 2 weeks!! YEAH ME!! And I know I am bad for not eating breakfast, but it actually makes me sick to my stomach when I eat breakfast, so I do my coffee with flavored creamer...
Breakfast-Coffee W/Black Cherry Creamer
Lunch-1/2 small chili from Wendys (Gross) so I had a lipton cup o soup packet
Snack-5 pretzel rods
Dinner-Southwest Chicken Bowl(Taco Bell).Here is how I order it
Xchicken, Xcheese, Salsa, and lettuce..No rice, No beans, no tortilla strips
170 calories, 6 grms fat, 6 carbs, 22 grms protien (SO YUMMY)
Water-100 ounces
Exercise-2 mile walk, 10 mins up/down with Eli
