Watcha Eatin?!?
I had a great day yesterday...Here is my food
Breakfast-Coffee w/black cherry creamer (SO GOOD)
Lunch-Salad w/fajita chicken and FF Ranch Dressing
Snack-Pretzels
Dinner-1/2 cup white rice, 3 oz roast
Snack-Fruit snacks w/kids
Snack-2 ounces of homemade fruit salad(grapes, pineapple,cantaloupe)
Water-101 ounces
Exercise-2.5 mile walk, sex twice, played up/down with Eli
That was a good day! Lena is @ dr appt so I will you for her since you didn't have breakfast! Remeber to watch sales ads and coupons for "easy" breakfast items like the SB bars or others that (my opinion) are a little pricey unless on sale or w/ coupon. I will take my own advise aswell as I need to make "better" breakfast choices. Boy you can sure tell it is AF time of the month
breakfast Coffee creamer and s/l
cinnamon bagel w/ peanut butter
snack -honey bbq fritos twist
lunch- philly steak and cheese hot pocket
and the rest of bag o chips above
snack -small bag of hanky panky popcorn (bad bad bad)
snack- 2 small bite size oatmeal and choc chip cookie
dinner small burger with onion pickle and mayo no bun
popcorn @ movies
lots of coffee, about 35oz+ diet coke and a disappointing amount of water with orange crystal light
Jen, I hope you get a little more rest tonight, and that Eli feels better.
I also had a pretty good day yesterday too!!
B- 2eggs, 1 piece toast
L- 1 1/2 pieces pizza
D- Stuffed pork chop... I couldn't fini**** corn
S- yogurt... as always the 'lite'
Water... I was SO BUSY yeasterday, I just did not get enough in
Exercise.... I was at a FLAT RUN almost all day here at work!!! Very rewarding to me!!!
