Watcha Eatin?
I had a great day yesterday...And today is going to be even better...Me and a friend at work already did a mile and a quarter walk before work, and we will do it again at lunchtime
Breakfast-Coffee, shot of sf coconut
Lunch-1 1/2 cups salad w/ a can of chicken
Snack-soy nuts
Snack 2-pretzels
Dinner-Broiled pork chop, green beans
Water-101 ounces
Exercise-250 steps, 1 mile walk, played 20 mins of up/down with Eli

B- 2 eggs, 1 piece toast
L- Baked chicken
We went out to dinner last night///// had to stay out of the house.... we were showing it.......ALREADY!!!!!!!!!
D- 2 pices thin sliced/grilled pork chops, corn on the cob
S- 1 corn fritter
Water,,,,, NEED MORE, SOOO DEHYDRATED from sweating!!!
Exercise,,,,, TOO MUCH PHYSICAL HERE @ WORK!!!! BUSY!!!
