Come on ladies...Good, bad or ugly... Breakfast-Coconut Coffee (regular coffee, sweet n low, and sf coconut syrup) Lunch-Ham and cheese wrap Snack-Lipton cup o soup Dinner-Baked chicken, salad Snack-Soy nuts Snack-Pretzels THAN THE BAD...Emi got up at 130 am, and I went into the kitchen and found the strawberry/cheese danish and had a peice!! Exercise-1 1/2 mile walk, 300 steps Water-101 ounces

OK so the danish was bad to you...to me you just rewarded yourself for the weeks of good behavior! You are doing a great job. Breakfast- 24 oz Coffee Lunch- cheesy mett from hot dog stand at the Reds opening day parade outside of work small bag of munchies cheese fix (chips & pretzels) Dinner- round steak, shells & cheese and peas coffee snacks- peanut butter and crackers 1 piece of whole grain goodness bread w/ peanut butter

Alrighty, here goes.... B- 1 piece leftover pizza L- ??? I honestly don't remember!!!??? D- Can of off brand progresso soup S- s/f jello Exercise- LOTS of packing/de cluttering and MORE cleaning... LOTS MORE!!! Water- 80oz
