THAN THE BAD...Emi got up at 130 am, and I went into the kitchen and found the strawberry/cheese danish and had a peice!!
Exercise-1 1/2 mile walk, 300 steps

OK so the danish was bad to you...to me you just rewarded yourself for the weeks of good behavior! You are doing a great job.
