Watcha eatin??
It's late but I was having issues w/ OH this morning and they were driving me crazy so I just obted to close it down! Looks like they now have things fixed. My husband and I went to MI this weekend for the Team Chicago Motorcycle Roadracing school with 2 other couples. It was fun. The weather on Saturday was awesome but Sunday not so good so they cancelled the practice session. Husband was a little bummed so instead of heading straight home we stopped and checked out Lake Michigan since neither of us had been there before. Anyway listed below is what I ate the entire weekend in no particular order other than the day it was eaten. It is pretty sad but I am back on track today and will do better!
Friday-
20 oz water w/ sf berry lemonade
1/2 fried chicken thigh from KFC no skin
jr whopper 1/2 bun
3 twizzlers
coffee
Saturday- at race track
lg Coffee
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
2 more coffee
2 bites of hubby's hot dog w/ mustard and onion between sessions
doritos
hot dog w/ cheese
diet pepsi
Sunday-
32 oz coffee
1/2 of Arby's rueben and few curly fries
diet Dr Pepper
1 stick PB twix
handful of combos
coffee
diet Mt Dew
I only had about 20 ozs of water the entire weekend that i can recall!!!! and very little protein!!! All I put in my body was simply junk. I will be planning my eating before hand for the next trip.
